The LaQ Art Festival is a contest for all artworks related to the theme of “LaQ”. Entries can be LaQ models and pictures, photographs, poetry, haiku, a story or cartoons with LaQ as the theme. For the 10th LaQ Art Festival we will divide the contest into a Junior Division and a General Division. In answer to requests from LaQ hobbyists, we will introduce ALL entries for the 10th Art Festival. We look forward to receiving numerous entries from all LaQ fans. |

| Qualifications |

Individuals or groups of all ages, amateur or professional. |
|
| Entry period for the10th Art Festival |
|
April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009. All applications must be posted by this date. Any applications received after April 1, 2009 will be considered for the 11th Art Festival. |

| Entry Division |
|
Junior Division for elementary age children under age 12.
General Division for adults and children above age 13. |
|
| Winners |
|
Monthly Winners : All applications will be examined by our Planning Division. Artworks will be chosen each month as the monthly winners. All monthly winning artworks will have a chance to be selected for the Annual Champion and the Annual Grand champion. A monthly winner may not be chosen if we cannot choose an appropriate artwork for the month.
Annual Winners: One year is the term for one entry period. The 10th Art Festival is open until march 31, 2009. One Annual Grand Champion for the Junior Division and one Annual Grand Champion for the General Division will be chosen from the monthly winners. Five Annual Champions will also be chosen from each Division. |

How to apply: Mail or e-mail one entry form for each application. Applicants must be responsible for any postal fee which may occur. Do NOT send your actual artwork if it is a LaQ model. YOSHIRITSU CO., LTD. will not be responsible for returning any received artwork.

Entries by photos will need one entry form for each application. Please attach 5 photos showing the front, back, right side, left side, and a diagonal view of your LaQ model by either mail or e-mail.Entries for actual LaQ artworks other than LaQ models: Pictures, photographs, poetry, haiku, stories, cartoons related to the theme of LaQ are accepted by mail. |

| Announcement of Prize Winners |
|
A monthly winner for each division and the winner of the Professor LaQ Special Award will be announced on our website. A monthly winner many not be chosen if we do not receive an appropriate entry.
※In the 9th Art Festival we introduced the monthly artworks nominated for the Grand Champion and the artworks chosen for Professor LaQ Special Awards. For the 10th Art Festival we will introduce ALL entries.
※The artwork of the Annual Grand Champion and Annual Champion will be announced in the company website on June 29, 2009. A letter of announcement, Certificate, and Prize Money will be awarded to the winners.
※An original LaQ prize will be awarded to all entries.One original LaQ prize will be awarded to each applicant regardless of the number of entries. |

【Annual Grand Champion】
One winner will be chosen from each division. The winner will be awarded with a Certificate and prize money of JPY 100,000. |

【Annual Champion】
Five winners will be chosen from each division. The winners willbe awarded with a Certificate and prize money of JPY 10,000. |
